Most travellers to New Zealand will require a Visa or New Zealand electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA).
New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA)
If you come to New Zealand on holiday, you’ll need to get either an NZeTA or a visitor visa — unless you’re an Australian citizen. Having an NZeTA shows you’re allowed to travel to NZ. It is to help increase security at NZ borders.
International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL)
The IVL is the traveller’s contribution to maintaining the facilities and natural environment they will use and enjoy during their stay. Fees for the IVL is automatically charged at the time of the NZeTA or Visa application.
